We had a perfect evening at De Silveren Spiegel. We had the 6 course tasting menu with the accompanying wines. Everything was perfectly prepared and beautifully presented. The service was warm and welcoming. It was expensive but memorable and worth it!

His family&#39;s Three course meal is quite amazing. The signature yew chowder is the most delicious I have ever eaten. It is a small compensation for myself after a week of heart-power. ​

When we arrived at the restaurant we were shown to a table in an entirely different section with no other people and no &ldquo;ambience&rdquo; compared to the main restaurant which was &ldquo;buzzing&rdquo;.  My conclusion was that we were being driven differentiated as &ldquo;Fork discount&rdquo; customers and it left me feeling a bit concerned. I needn&rsquo;t have worried though as this part of the restaurant eventually filled up and I could not fault the quality of food or the service, both of which were excellent. Thank you !!!

Vermeer, the popular Michelin-star restaurant in the city, booked early. At that time, I saw the beautiful design and font when I booked on the official website. I was still looking forward to it. The result was the most disappointing meal. What the hell! Sour and strange, the ingredients are not good, such as pickled radish and beetroot with caviar and cream sauce, mantis shrimp with cucumber and pear with mayonnaise, each dish is very salty. The calf thyme is still well done by the French, and it is the first time I have eaten roe deer. And the service is really bad, it can be described as rough. In short, we eat the expression is also very strange .....

One of the best dining experiences we&#39;ve had in Amsterdam. Planning to go back on our next trip to try some of their other items, but the steaks are just sooo good!

A must go every time I visit Amsterdam. It&rsquo;s superb. Food is made and served with love. Can&rsquo;t wait for the next time to have their pasta and limoncello spritz.

This was one of the most creative restaurants I&rsquo;ve been to in the past year or two.  Be prepared for lots of wonderful tastes sensations.  Each course is a special treat and is unique for that day.

What a wonderful experience.  The food was flavourful, beautifully presented, and explained in detail. Service was above and beyond what is expected.  A must do while in Amsterdam if you want a unique dining experience.

What an amazing little gem! The service was very pleasant and the atmosphere very warm and calm. The food was out of this world - the presentation of the dishes and the taste were just outstanding. We would definitely recommend.
